HOURS:
Odyssey Pro Sound is available by telephone Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time. Shopping cart orders can be placed at any time of any day. E-mails are also welcome anytime and are answered as quickly as possible.
ON-LINE SHOPPING SECURITY:
Our shopping cart is hosted by Americart, one of the largest providers of hosted shopping carts on the web. We spent months of researching and testing until we found a company we felt worthy of our business. Americart uses a SSL Secure Server. Information is encrypted between the you (the customer) and the Americart server. Although orders are emailed to us "in the clear", Americart strips off the last six digits of your credit card number, which only we can then retrieve through our secure browser by using our assigned user name and password, thus completing the secure path.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:

VISA/MC/AMEX/DISCOVER/PAYPAL/GOOGLE are accepted upon approval. Checks will be accepted from U.S. customers only, however equipment will not be shipped until the funds have cleared. This is usually 7 to 10 days. Please make all checks payable to Odyssey Pro Sound. Wire transfers are accepted. Please contact Odyssey Pro Sound for information. Equipment must be paid for before the equipment is shipped.
LISTING EQUIPMENT FOR SALE:
When listing equipment for sale please include as much relevant information as possible that YOU feel might help it sell. Specifics like age, condition, original packaging, serial numbers, manuals, etc. are important to most buyers. Emailed photos are welcome but must be 100K or smaller. Not all items will be listed, and not all photos will be linked.

Include the price that you want to receive and Odyssey's commission fee will be added to that. Fees usually range between 10-20 % of the selling price.

Odyssey Pro Sound reserves the right to choose which equipment will be listed on our web site.
NEW EQUIPMENT RETURN POLICY:

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your new equipment purchase, Odyssey offers a 14-day from receipt return privilege on most gear, which allows you to exchange the new equipment or receive a store credit.

  • All returns must be in 'new' condition and received in its complete and original packaging with all documentation and accessories included. Equipment that is returned with any 'wear or tear' or missing items will be subject to a credit deduction.
  • There are no returns, credits or exchanges on any special orders, consoles, modified new equipment, software, plug-ins, firmware, headphones or discontinued products.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees.
  • Please contact us for a Return Authorization before returning any new equipment. .
USED EQUIPMENT RETURN POLICY:
Unless otherwise noted, there is a 7-day from receipt return privilege on used equipment, less shipping and insurance fees. Used equipment that is returned with any additional 'wear or tear' or missing items will be subject to a credit deduction.

Please contact us for a Return Authorization before returning any used equipment.
SHIPPING:
FREE GROUND SHIPPING!!!
We offer free ground shipping for most new product orders inside the Contental USA.. FedEx is our shipper of choice, and Ground is our default method, but we also offer FedEx 3 Day, 2 Day & Overnight options which will incur an aditional fee. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and in other countries will have to call for a shipping quote. Oversize items such as certain consoles, studio monitors, etc., will need to be shipped via truck. SHIPPING DAMAGE:
If damage to the equipment occurred during shipping, file a claim with the shipper's local office, retain all packaging and cartons for shipper's inspection, and notify us immediately.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:
International customers are always welcome however the shipping fees listed are for continental US customers only. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Wire transfer is the preferred payment method and some credit cards are accepted.
