If for any reason you're not satisfied with your new equipment purchase, Odyssey offers a 14-day from receipt return privilege on most new gear, which allows you to exchange the new equipment or receive a store credit.

All returns must be in 'new' condition and received in its complete and original packaging with all documentation and accessories included. Equipment that is returned with any 'wear and tear' or missing items will be subject to a credit deduction.

There are no returns, credits, or exchanges on any special orders, consoles, modified new equipment, software, plug-ins, firmware, headphones, or discontinued products.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance fees. Please contact support@odysseyprosound.com for a Return Authorization before returning any new equipment.


Odyssey will double the length of most NEW GEAR warranties. Please call or contact us for details.


Odyssey offers lifetime phone and email support for NEW EQUIPMENT purchases.

Unless otherwise noted, there is a 3-day from receipt return privilege on used equipment, less shipping and insurance fees. Used equipment that is returned with any additional 'wear and tear' or missing items will be subject to a credit deduction.

Please contact support@odysseyprosound.com for a Return Authorization within 3-days of receiving your order and before returning any used equipment.


VISA/MC/AMEX/DISCOVER/PAYPAL is accepted upon approval and bank wire transfers are also accepted. Checks will be accepted from U.S. customers only; however, equipment will not be shipped until the funds have cleared, which is usually 7 to 10 business days. All checks are payable to Odyssey Pro Sound, Inc. Equipment must be paid for before the equipment is shipped.


Wire transfer is the preferred payment method, however we may accept confirmed and verified PayPal and credit cards at our discretion. We offer discounted shipping rates for our international customers. Some manufacturers will not allow us to sell their products internationally. In those cases you will be immediately notified.


We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING for most new product orders shipping in the Continental USA. Expedited shipping services are also available for an additional fee. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and other territories will receive a discounted shipping rate. Oversized items, such as certain consoles, studio monitors, etc., may not qualify for free shipping and will need to be shipped via truck at an additional fee. Although it is rare, sometimes an order can arrive damaged. If damage to the equipment occurred during shipping, notify us immediately, retain all packaging and cartons for shipper's inspection, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipper's local office.
